Can I share the membership with my family members?
The membership and its discounts are tied to the person who holds the
membership. However, you can still utilize the same booking by contacting us via
email at kundservice.share@kinto-mobility.se to receive a digital key.
What is the name of your app?
KINTO Share Nordics and you can easily download it from App Store or Google Play

Can I recruit a friend?
Yes, you can recruit as many friends as you want! Your invited friends receive
100 kr to use, and you get the same amount back for each person who joins. You
can easily invite your friends through the app.
Why was my credit check denied?
To become an approved customer, you must be free from payment remarks and be
able to demonstrate a stable income over the past six months.
Common reasons why your credit check may not go through include:
* Your expenses exceed your income.
* You have not had a recurring income for the past six months.
* The chosen bank differs from the one where your main income is deposited.
Can I register with a foreign driver's license?
Yes!
Start the registration here and select the option “If you have a foreign
driver's license, click here” in step 4 where you enter your driver's license
information.
I have been blocked and cannot book?
The most common reason for your account being blocked is due to an unpaid
invoice. If you have not already received a reminder invoice, these are always
sent out about 15 days after your failed charge. As soon as your payment has
been registered, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been
activated again.
NOTE! Please ensure that you have enough funds on your payment card when
concluding your rental. It is only then that we will charge you for the
kilometer fee.
Can I become a member if I lack BankID?
Yes! Join here and select "No BankID".
Can students book a car?
Absolutely! As long as you meet our requirements, you are welcome to register as
a customer. Please note that you need to download our app to start your booking
and unlock the car.
How does your credit check work?
We conduct a simple financial check through our partner Kreditz to ensure that
you meet our basic requirements. This helps us assess your ability to pay and
gives us an overview of your financial situation, so that you can safely use our
services.
What are the requirements to become a member?
To become a member of KINTO, you need to meet the following requirements:
1. Driver's License: You must have a valid körkort.
2. Credit Check: Approved credit check. (no payment remarks and a stable income
for the last 6 months)
3. Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
How do I sign up as a private customer?
You can easily sign up on the website. Keep in mind that you need to download
our app to start your booking and unlock the car.
How do I sign up as a business customer?
Do you have a need for cars that are shared among the company's employees?
Contact us directly here and we will present a solution that suit your needs.
How do I connect to our company account?
Contact the responsible administrator at your company for the agreement with
KINTO. The administrator can assist you further by sending an email with an
invitation and your unique company code. If you are not already using KINTO
privately, you will need to download the KINTO app. After that, you can simply
book a car!
Can I sign up as both a business and a private customer?
Absolutely! If you have a private KINTO account, you can also connect as a
business customer. You can easily switch profiles in the app before you make
your trip. Please note that you need to have a unique company code that you
register in the app for your rentals to be invoiced and not charged to you as an
individual. To get started, please contact your administrator at your company to
get your invitation.

How does the car's key work via the phone's Bluetooth?
The key is created by the car connecting via your phone's Bluetooth. This means
you do not need to have mobile coverage to lock and unlock the car. Make sure to
stand close to the car when you open it for the first time to ensure a strong
connection between the phone and the car.
