The most common reason for your account being blocked is due to an unpaid invoice. If you have not already received a reminder invoice, these are always sent out about 10 days after your failed charge. As soon as your payment has been registered, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been activated again.
NOTE! Please ensure that you have enough funds on your payment card when concluding your rental. It is only then that we will charge you for the kilometer fee.
