The charging cable must always accompany the car throughout the entire booking period.
When you pick up the car:

Disconnect the charging cable from the car and the charging station.

If the charging cable is detachable, store it in the car's trunk.

In many of our cars, the charging cable is permanently attached with a security wire. In that case, leave the cable mounted as shown in the picture.
During your booking:

You are responsible for the charging cable and ensuring it remains in the car.

Ensure that the cable always accompanies you during any stops and charging sessions.
When you return the car:

Connect the car to the charger at the KINTO location.

Make sure the charging cable is properly connected so that the car can start charging.
Important: If the charging cable goes missing or is not returned with the car, a fee will be charged. To avoid extra costs, always ensure that the charging cable remains in the car when the booking ends.
