If the charging cable is stuck, it is usually because the charging session has not been completed.
For normal charging (AC charging)
1. Unlock the car in the app.
2. The charging connector is released automatically and can be disconnected.
For fast charging (DC charging)
To stop the fast charging, try these steps, and if it doesn't work, proceed to the next step:
1. End the charging session with the same card you used to start the charging. (Provided that the charging card is not locked in the car)
2. Press the emergency stop if available.
3. If possible, visit the cashier at the station and ask if they can stop the charging from the register.
4. Call the charging operator and ask them to stop the charging. The phone number is usually on the charging box.
5. If none of the above works, the charging will automatically end when it reaches 100% charge.
