How do I pay for my KINTO Flex car?
We charge your primary payment card on the same day your rental starts. We attempt to charge your card twice: 1. First attempt, 06:00 - If your card needs to be 3DS-verified for the payment to succeed, you will receive an email from us with a link for verification. 2. Second attempt, 09:00 - If the payment does not go through, your booking will be automatically canceled. You will receive a cancellation confirmation, and a cancellation fee will apply. To avoid having your rental canceled, please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your registered payment card and that the card is enabled for online purchases.
I want to cancel my KINTO Flex car
If you have booked a KINTO Flex car for 0-6 months, you can cancel free of charge six working hours before the start time of your booking. If you have booked for longer than 6 months, you can cancel free of charge 8 working hours in advance. Keep in mind that you need to contact us via phone, email, or chat for any cancellation to be valid.  
What does a KINTO Flex car cost per month?
You pay monthly for the car you choose, as well as for congestion tax, fuel, parking, and any potential deductible reduction. We offer various Flex-rentals that match your needs. For more information about our prices and car models, click here.
What is KINTO Flex?
KINTO Flex is a service where you can rent a car on a monthly basis without a binding period. You choose how long you want the car, but for at least 30 days. To see prices, terms, and available car models, click here.
How does it work when I short-term lease a car from KINTO Flex?
You pick up and return your car at one of our Flex stations. You can rent the car for your desired duration, but for at least 30 days.
Can anyone rent a KINTO Flex-car?

Is there any binding period for KINTO Flex?
No, but there is a 30-day notice period. You can find all our different car models and prices for various periods here!
Do I need to use the app during my Flex-hyra?
No, you will receive a physical key for the car you choose to rent.
Does insurance come with my Flex-car?
Your Flex-car is fully insured with Länsförsäkringar. The price includes a deductible reduction with a maximum deductible of 5000 kr per damage. More information about our Flex insurance can be found here!
What should I do if my Flex car needs service?
We keep track of when your car needs service and will notify you well in advance. We will inform you about how to book the service, and of course, it is free of charge!
How do I extend my Flex rental?
Do you want to continue your Flex rental? No action required! Your rental will be automatically extended by 30 days unless you cancel your booking by calling us at 010-179 96 00 at least 3 days before the end time.
How do I terminate my Flex -rental?
Your booking period lasts for at least 30 days depending on the leasing period you have. * Extension: If you want to continue having access to the car, you don't need to do anything. Your booking period will be automatically extended by 30 days. * Termination: If you want to end your rental when the booking period expires, please contact us at 010-179 96 00 at least 3 days before the end time. Otherwise, you will be charged for a new period.
What should I do if I experience an injury or accident with my Flex-car?
If you need help with towing your car, please contact our support at 010 - 179 96 00 and we will arrange the towing for you. If you do not need a tow truck but want to report a new damage, you can either call us or send pictures and a description of the incident to kundservice.share@kinto-mobility.se. We will contact you if we need more information.
Do I need to pay for gas if I have a Flex- car?
Yes, if you have a Flex-car, you pay for the gasoline yourself. You use our fuel card that is in the car, and the cost will be charged to your registered payment card the following month.
Where do I pick up my Flex car?
You pick up and drop off the car at one of our Flex stations. Please note that it must be picked up and dropped off at the same station. What cars are available for short-term leasing with KINTO Flex and what are the costs?
