We charge your primary payment card on the same day your rental starts. We attempt to charge your card twice:

First attempt, 06:00 - If your card needs to be 3DS-verified for the payment to succeed, you will receive an email from us with a link for verification.

Second attempt, 09:00 - If the payment does not go through, your booking will be automatically canceled. You will receive a cancellation confirmation, and a cancellation fee will apply.
To avoid having your rental canceled, please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your registered payment card and that the card is enabled for online purchases.
