How do I cancel my membership?
You can choose to upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time if your needs
change by logging into Mitt KINTO. You can find all our memberships here.
How do I share a membership within the family?
You do not need to have multiple memberships within the family. You can easily
share a paid membership by using an extra keycard. Please note that everyone
using the membership must have a registered and approved KINTO account. If you
would like us to send you an extra keycard, please email us at
kundservice.share@kinto-mobility.se and we will arrange that.
What different memberships are available?
What membership options are available?
We offer three different memberships:
* Free: 0 kr/month. For those who drive infrequently.
Prices starting from 79 kr/hour and 795 kr/day. Mileage cost: 2.25 kr/km
* Light: 99 kr/month. For those who drive occasionally.
Prices starting from 65 kr/hour and 695 kr/day. Mileage cost: 2 kr/km. Free
for the first three months!
* Plus: 499 kr/month. For those who drive frequently.
Prices starting from 49 kr/hour and 495 kr/day. Mileage cost: 2 kr/km
What is included in the membership?
All memberships include:
* Fuel
* Toll fees
* Insurance
* Reserved parking space
* Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before the booking starts

How does upgrading and downgrading of membership work?
Downgrade: If you downgrade from a paid membership to another, you will retain
your current membership until the period expires. After that, the new,
downgraded membership will take effect with the new prices.
Upgrade: If you upgrade from a paid membership to another, the upgrade will take
place immediately. The new prices will apply directly to your upcoming bookings.
The charge for the new membership will occur immediately, and you will receive a
refund for the remaining amount from your original membership.
How do I change my membership?
You can easily change your membership by logging into Mitt KINTO via the
website, click here.
Can I switch between different memberships?
Yes, you can switch between the different memberships at any time to suit your
needs. You can easily do this by logging into Mitt KINTO on the website.
Is there any notice period?
No, but there is a 30-day notice period because you pay in advance each month.
Your first payment is made immediately upon selecting your membership.
What do I get with a paid membership?
With a paid membership, you receive a price list tailored to better suit your
needs. You can change your membership at any time if your needs change. For more

Are all cars included in my membership?
Yes indeed, good, right! Here you can find all the cars you can choose from.

How can I see what membership I have?
You can see what membership you have by logging into Mitt KINTO on the website.
You can also view it in the app under Menu, by tapping the three lines in the
upper left corner, and then pressing Membership.
Can I add deductible elimination to all memberships?
Yes. We offer deductible elimination starting from 15 kr/h.
How do I pay for my membership?
Through monthly card payments made in advance. Please note that your paying
membership will automatically be downgraded to Free after the third attempt to
charge if we are unable to debit the monthly cost.
How does membership affect the price list?
Depending on which membership you choose, you will receive price lists tailored
