Downgrading: If you downgrade from a paid membership to another, you will retain your current membership until the period expires. After that, the new, downgraded membership will take effect with the new prices.
Upgrading: If you upgrade from a paid membership to another, the upgrade will take place immediately. The new prices will apply directly to your upcoming bookings. As compensation for the days remaining on your Light membership, we have credited 100 kr to your KINTO account to use. Please note that it may take an hour before you see the discount in the app.
