I can't get the charging cable out of my electric car?

If the car is locked, you need to end the charging session first before you can unlock the car, which you do in the app.

* For slow charging at the station = Unlock in the app to release the charging connector.

* For fast charging = To release the charging connector, the charging session must be ended or fully charged; otherwise, you won't be able to remove the connector from the car. Make sure you have the charging card from the car with you if you want to interrupt the charging.
