I can't get the charging cable out?

If the car is locked, you need to end the charging session first before you can unlock the car, which you do in the app.

For slow charging at the station = Unlock in the app to release the charging connector.

For fast charging = To release the charging connector, the charging session must be ended or fully charged; otherwise, you cannot remove the connector from the car. Make sure to bring the charging card from the car if you want to switch the charging.
