Does self-risk elimination apply if I book a car as a corporate customer?
Deductible Elimination: When you rent a car from KINTO as a corporate customer,
you are offered insurance that eliminates your deductible in the event of
damage. However, you need to actively add deductible reduction when making the
booking.
Do you offer additional insurance?
Absolutely. We offer deductible elimination from 15 kr per started hour.
What should I do if I have sustained a damage to the car or been in a car accident?
If you have sustained an injury or been in a car accident, the damage should
always be reported immediately. You can easily do this in the app by clicking
the “Skada” button.
If you need assistance with roadside assistance, contact us directly and we will
help you at 010 179 96 00.
The car has a previous damage, what should I do?
Even if you are not the one who caused the damage, you should report it by
clicking on “Skada” in the app. Then follow the instructions to complete the
reporting.
What happens if I damage the car?
If you happen to damage the car, you need to immediately file a damage report.
The easiest way to do this is through our app. After we receive your report, we
will contact you if we need additional information.
Please note that your deductible elimination, if you have chosen one, does not
apply if we have not received a damage report.
Is the car insured?
Yes, basic insurance is always included when you rent a car from us. You also
have the option to purchase additional insurances, such as deductible
elimination, for even better protection.

Yes, all our cars have assistance insurance through Toyota Eurocare. Here you

I forgot to add insurance to my booking - what should I do?
KINTO Share
You can choose to add deductible elimination in the app at any time before your
booking starts. Unfortunately, once the booking has started, you can no longer
add deductible elimination.
KINTO Flex
We offer a deductible reduction with a maximum deductible of 5000SEK per damage.
