Does is cost anything to become a KINTO customer?
We offer various memberships, ranging from free options to paid memberships, depending on your needs. The reason we have multiple memberships is to provide flexibility and choice. Whether you use our services frequently or just occasionally, there is a membership that suits you. Read more about our priser here.
Are customs duties included in the price?
KINTO Share Yes, all Swedish customs fees are included in the price. Please note that the Öresund Bridge is not included. Bridge fees that are not included will be charged later to your registered payment card. KINTO Flex No, they are not included. As soon as we receive the passengers from the Transport Agency, we will charge your payment card.
I have a campaign code, how do I use it?
Campaigns are automatically applied to your booking. Please note that you will not see your campaign or promo code in the estimated amount and that the discount only applies to the booked time. The discount will only be visible when we charge your card. The campaign price will also be shown on your receipt once the payment has been completed. Which campaign is used for your booking is determined by the expiration date, and unfortunately, you cannot choose which campaign to use first. You can find all your active campaigns and promo codes in the app under Campaign and Promotions. 
How does the pricing work?
The pricing is based on: 1. The actual rental time 2. Number of kilometers driven. 3. If you add insurance or not The rental time is charged directly before your rental starts, while the kilometer charge occurs when you end your rental. Read more about our prices here.

Do you have weekly prices?
Of course! We offer weekly prices. You can read more about our prices here.

Do you have weekend prices?
Of course! We have weekend prices, or as we call them, 3-day prices (72 h) so that you can take a weekend getaway whenever you want, whether it's on the weekend or in the middle of the week. You can read more about our prices here.

Should I pay for the congestion tax?
KINTO Share No, all Swedish congestion taxes are included in the price. However, if you travel outside of Sweden, the congestion tax will be charged to your registered payment card afterwards. KINTO Flex For KINTO Flex the congestion tax is not included and will be charged on your credit card a month or two after you have ended your rental. 
I have received a parking ticket, what should I do?
As a customer, you are responsible for paying all parking fines that occur during your booking within the specified time. If you do not pay the parking fine on time, you will be charged along with an administrative fee to your registered payment card.
