I need a key card to share the car with my family, how do I do that?
To obtain a key card for sharing the car with your family, please email us at
kundservice.share@kinto-mobility.se and we will send a key card to you.
Please note that a key card cannot be applied to an ongoing rental.

I need to update my driver's license, how do I do that?
There are two different options:
Either you call us so that we can verify that it is the right person, or you can
contact us here and we will assist you. Please remember to include a selfie
where you are holding your driver's license for faster processing. :)
How do I update/ change my email?
Contact us and we will help you delete your account and then you can re-register
with the new email adress.
How do I update my residential address?
Log in to the app and go to settings. There you can easily change your adress.
How do I log in?
You log in with your login credentials, that is, the email address you chose
when you registered.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it both in the app and on the
web.
If you want to change your email adress we need to delete your current account
and then you can re-register with the new adress. Contact us here for further
help.
What should I do if I have forgotten my username and password?
If you have forgotten your username and password, you can reset your password
both in the app and on the web. Follow the instructions for password recovery to
regain access to your account.
I have registered but not completed my account; can I log in?
If you have registered but have not completed your account, you can still log
in. As soon as you have approved the first step of the registration, you have an
account with us and can log in to complete the process. Remember that you need
to register a payment card before you can start booking a car. You can easily
add a payment card under “Payment and Promotions” in the app.
How do I change my phone number?
To change your phone number, log in to the app and go to the menu "Settings".
There you can easily update your phone number.
