Deductible Elimination: When you rent a car from KINTO as a corporate customer, you are offered insurance that eliminates your deductible in the event of damage. However, you need to actively add deductible reduction when making the booking.

Can I sign up both as a business customer and as a private individual?
Absolutely! If you have a private KINTO account, you can also connect as a business customer. You can easily switch profiles in the app before you make your trip. Please note that you need a unique company code that you register in the app for your rentals to be invoiced to the company and not charged to your private account. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we will assist you further.
How do I connect to my business account?
Contact the responsible administrator at your company for assistance with the KINTO agreement. The administrator needs to send out an invitation via email with your unique company code. If you are not already using KINTO privately, you need to download the KINTO app. Search for “KINTO” in your app store and install the app. Once you have received the invitation and downloaded the KINTO app, you can book the car directly in the app!
How do I sign up as a business customer?

How do I terminate my business contract?
It is free to have a business account registered with us. If you still want to terminate your account, please contact your representative at KINTO. 
How do I get started as a business user?
Contact your administrator who will send you an invitation email. In the email, you will find instructions and your unique company code that you need to get started as a corporate user. HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CORPORATE PROFILE IN THE KINTO APP? * If you are already a KINTO customer: Go to Settings in the app and enter the code to activate your corporate profile. * If you are not a KINTO customer: Follow the link in the invitation email from your administrator to create a profile. After that, you can start booking a car.  
My company code isn't working?
Make sure you have entered the correct company code when you start your registration. The code is unique to you, and you can find it in the email you received from your administrator. It is important that you follow the link in the email when you are creating a profile. If it still does not work, you need to contact your administrator, who will send out a new invitation, and you will then receive a new code.
